Professional Development Requirements of the Literacy Launch Nevada Program.
  1. 35 hours of Teacher Universe online courses of your choice.
    Download or print the complete available Teacher Universe Professional Development course list.
    Teacher Universe Professional Development course list.

  2. 1 Integrate Project - (submit via your online portfolio)
    Download or print the complete Creating Your Professional Development Portfolio for Literacy Launch Nevada.

  3. 3 Reflective Essays (submit via your online portfolio)
    Download or print the complete Creating Your Professional Development Portfolio for Literacy Launch Nevada.

  4. Classroom or Lab use of Destination Reading on a regular basis.
All of these requirements need to be completed by June 1, 2004, UNLESS Professional Development Credit is being sought, then the guidelines for Clark or Washoe County should be followed. Please see the Professional Development credit page for more information.
