Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Most schools or districts will accept your Integrate course participation for Continuing Education Units or Professional Development Credits. Since policies for awarding units and credits vary from state to state and even within states, however, please check directly with your school or district to determine the criteria you must meet.

TeacherUniverse will provide you with the following four resources to help you apply for Continuing Education Units or Professional Development Credits:

  1. Participation certificates. All teachers who enroll in one of TeacherUniverse's Instructor- Led Integrate courses receive an official participation certificate documenting their hours of course attendance. If enrolled in an online course an online report indicates hours of online usage and course progress.
  2. Completion certificates. All teachers who submit a passing Integrate Project (lesson plan and sample activities) as part of their Integrate course receive up to 10 additional completion hours. An official completion certificate documenting these hours is mailed to each candidate.
  3. Information sheet. If your school or district requires a description of the Integrate courses, you can print out a description of the course here.
  4. Personalized assistance. If your school or district requires additional documentation, please contact us at info@riverdeep.net and let us know what more we can do to help you with your application process.
